Casey and Associates are a private consulting practice specializing in services for employers, their employees and family members. We currently provide services to more than 5,000 employee and family members in Northeastern Vermont and Northern New Hampshire. Our staff has extensive experience with a variety of personal and workplace issues. We offer a variety of programs and services to ensure that your employees are supported in any circumstance where outside help is necessary.

The Staff

	Dennis R. Casey, MA, CEAP dcasey@caseyeap.com Dennis R. Casey, MA, CEAP founded Casey & Associates in 1994. He brings over 25 years of clinical practice and program management experience to this organization. He has specialized experience and training in workplace dynamics, conflict resolution, addiction treatment and trauma intervention. He has facilitated hundreds of workshops and seminars on workplace issues such as stress management, team building and improving communications. He holds Vermont clinical licenses in mental health and addictions treatment and is internationally certified as an employee assistance professional. Dennis is also certified to administer and interpret the emotional intelligence assessment instruments EQ-i, EQ-360, and TESI.
	Mary-Elizabeth Briscoe, LCMHC mbriscoe@caseyeap.com Mary-Elizabeth Briscoe comes to Casey & Associates with 20 years of clinical and supervisory experience. Her professional experiences include working in community mental health, private practice, school counseling programs, health research, and facilitating trainings on a variety of topics. Her areas of interests include: bereavement, GLBT issues, working with adolescents, adults and couples, as well as in facilitating training workshops for professionals. In addition to working with Casey and Associates, Mary-Elizabeth works in private practice and teaches in both undergraduate and graduate programs at Springfield College School of Human Services.
	Jeanne Desrochers, BSN, RN jdesrochers@caseyeap.com Jeanne Desrochers is a registered nurse with over 30 years experience helping individuals and families meet challenges with substance abuse, mental health, and relationship problems. Jeanne has worked in schools, rehabilitation units, outpatient clinics, health maintenance organizations, and hospitals. She operated an employee assistance program providing services to workers and their families and assisted employers in strengthening their businesses. She currently provides nursing services at Lyndon Institute, teaches indoor cycling, and manages her own wellness company.
